Twenty minutes north, and a regular part of the week rather than an occasional trip.
Most of the people who call me are doing every job in the business themselves. The work gets done, but the process for doing it lives in their head, which means nobody else can pick it up and nothing can happen while they are away. That is the thing I fix.
I have been doing this since 2006, out of an office on South Rutherford Boulevard, and Smyrna is part of my ordinary week rather than a special trip.
So this is in-person work where in-person work is what helps: sitting with the way you actually run things, writing down what should happen, and training whoever has to do it.
The first conversation is free, and it is not a sales call. It is me asking what is wearing you out and telling you honestly whether it is something I can help with.
Write as much or as little as you like. I read every one of these myself.
